NLP combines three levels.
“Neuro” – This is about how we sense the world through sight, sound, and touch. Our thoughts shape our emotions and actions. By controlling what we focus on and how we react, we can better manage our mindset and behavior.
“Linguistic” – This is about how we think and use language. Pay attention to your thoughts, how you explain things to yourself, and how you communicate. Study how others do it, find a good example, and follow it.
“Programming” – This is about changing habits and behavior patterns. Think of your brain as an operating system—you can reprogram it by recognizing negative thoughts, replacing them with positive ones, and making choices that align with your goals.
